The True Spirit of Local Football

FC Northern Update from Robin, Chairman of Liverpool Heartbeat

For the past five years, it’s been our privilege at Liverpool Heartbeat to sponsor FC Northern — a team that embodies grit, growth, and the spirit of local football.

Yesterday’s clash with Forefield was a proper battle. Though the result didn’t swing our way, the lads showed real promise — especially off the ball, where their discipline and shape were spot on. We carved out plenty of chances and kept the pressure on throughout. A narrow loss, yes — but packed with positives

.

Special mention to Jacob, our Player of the Match. As central midfielder, he was everywhere — calm under pressure, sharp in transition, and absolutely tireless. He did everything asked of him and more. A standout performance.

We go again next week — heads high, hearts strong. Onward, FC Northern
