WORKING TOGETHER FOR OTHERS
Liverpool Heartbeat & Tri‑4‑Life
A partnership built on Purpose

A Shared Mission
Together, Liverpool Heartbeat and Tri‑4‑Life have raised funds, inspired young people and strengthened communities across continents — proving what can happen when purpose and teamwork come together.
European Challenge (2003–06)
Tri‑4‑Life raised £50,000 over three years, with Robin and Liam visiting schools in seven UK cities and Brussels, reaching 10,000 students through the Tri‑4‑Life roadshow. More than 60 Rotary clubs backed the journey, helping spread the message even further.
USA Challenge (2012)
The senior and junior teams cycled 2,800 miles from Washington DC to Los Angeles, delivering lifestyle shows, raising awareness for Polio Plus, and supporting the Herbal Life Foundation.
Lesotho Challenge (2014)
Liverpool Heartbeat secured 200 bikes and shipped them — along with a life‑size Spitfire model — to Lesotho as a thank‑you for the nation’s WWII contribution of 24 Spitfires.
7 Extreme Swim Challenge (2016)
Tri‑4‑Life completed seven major swims with support from Liverpool Heartbeat’s Dipper minibus.
Four Peak Challenge (2017)
The team climbed four peaks and swam four lakes, supported by Liverpool Heartbeat transport. Robin and Bren welcomed all teams with a barbeque at Snowdon.
British Virgin Islands YEP (2018)
Tri‑4‑Life visited Tortola after hurricane devastation, running cycling and running sessions with YEP. Liverpool Heartbeat sent a Sight Box from St Vincent’s School, later gifted to the island’s blind school.
