Sophie Aims to Bring High-Quality Music Workshops Home!
After leading several school singing and music workshops around the country for companies such as Grange Park Opera, The International Guitar Foundation and The
Royal Northern College of Music, it became apparent to Sophie there were no sessions taking place in her home city Liverpool. She believed it is absolutely integral that the
children of Liverpool have the same high standard musical opportunities as other children and as Ambassador for Liverpool Heartbeat she would love to bring her
musical workshops to Merseyside.
Fun Music Workshops for Children
Read more about these unique unique and interactive workshops offer -
45 minute music workshops per year or for grouped years (e.g year 1 and 2, year 3 and 4,year 5 and 6) depending on size of school and year groups
The workshops consist of vocal warmups, learning how the voice works, music theory, music games, learning about opera and classical music and learning songs.
These can be over a series of weeks and can culminate in a performance for parents/guardians
These sessions can be led by either Sophie alone or Sophie accompanied by a professional classical guitarist (the children love this!)

About Sophie
Sophie Clarke is a Mezzo-Soprano, Actor and Recording Artist from Liverpool. Praised for her "touching performances", Sophie has given solo performances in prestigious concert venues including the Royal Festival Hall, Cadogan Hall and St. George’s Hanover Square in London’s West End.
She is currently charming audiences all over the UK and Ireland with London Concertante Orchestra on their West End Musicals Tour. After receiving an academic and music scholarship to study at St. Mary’s College from age 11-18 and Sponsorship to train at the Royal Northern College of Music, Sophie aims to encourage and inspire other young people to be proactive in pursuing their dreams. Sophie is passionate about leading school workshops to share classical music which is not only new and exciting for the children, but it also develops their skills, teamwork and confidence.
