The John Hulley Cup

What a day!

Kirkby Valley Golf Club was the venue for this year’s John Hulley Cup.

The day proved a great success and was enjoyed by all participants.!

Some excellent scores were returned, none more so than from winner !


Gary McGuire (14 handicap) who secured the John Hulley Cup with a

score of 43 points. !



Damian Marlow (12 handicap) filled the runner-up position with a score of!

41 points. !


Third place went to Jason Kirwin (11 handicap) after a card count-back with Scott Elliott, Geoff Holgate, Keith Brown all having scored 38 points.!


Dominic Smith won the Longest Drive with a drive exceeding 280 yards on hole 9. Dominic also won the Nearest the Pin on hole 17.!


Steve Austin won the Nearest the Pin on hole 6. !


Congratulations to all those who collected their respective awards.!


Finally I would like to thank Kirkby Valley Golf Club for their hospitality and a big thank you to all those who played in this year’s event in support of Liverpool Heartbeat. !
